1 Open the Public Link Manager
The public link Manager opens from the Spanner button on the top right of the desktop application.
This option is available only to administrators of R2 Docuo.
From the window of the public links administrator you can see all the links created both for downloading the document and for changing status.
In the case of download links, the name of the document, the type of link, public or private, and the path of the document are displayed.
In the links of change of state it appears besides the name and the type the transition.
When selecting a record, the button bar is enabled from which you can delete the link, open the details to modify some data or copy the link to access the document.
